The issuance of Law Number 13 of 2012 on the Privileges of DIY (DIY Law) grants authority to DIY as an autonomous region, one of which is to regulate land matters and the Ngayogyokarto Sultanate is declared a legal entity that is subject to property rights. To implement the UUK DIY published Perdais Number 1 of 2017 with the implementation of the Governor Regulation Number 33 of 2017 concerning Procedures for Management and Utilization of the Sultanate Land and Duchy Land. But so far the special land database regarding the indication of SG land has not been well organized.
The acceleration of SG land certification should also be supported by the existence of a field-based Sultanate land information system. This study uses a research & delevopment method that begins with the development of a database of the results of the SG inventory stage which is then developed to become an information system. The results showed that the process of inventorying the SG soil indications and their processing resulted in the SG soil database. With the latest Sultanate land database, the presentation in the form of a web-based information system can be implemented to accelerate the identification of SG land.
