Abstrak:
PTSL consists of registering unregistered land parcels and improving the data quality on registered land parcels. The registered land parcels included in cluster 4 are registered land parcels, either unmapped (KW 4, 5 and 6) or mapped (KW 1, 2 and 3) but not in accordance with field conditions or changes in physical data. The implementation of improving the spatial data quality (KW 4, 5 and 6) in whole the Land Office is not necessarily the same because of different data quality conditions. Bantul Regency Land Office has completed data quality improvement of 29,368 out of 40,000 land parcels within a period of three (3) months.
The objectives of this study were 1) knowing the amount of spatial data quality (KW 4, 5 and 6) prior to the implementation of PTSL in 2019 and the contributing factors, 2) knowing strategies for improving the spatial data quality and 3) knowing problems and solutions in improving the spatial data quality. Achieving the research objectives, researchers used qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. The data techniques used included document studies and interviews.
The results of this study are 1) The number of land parcels KW 4, 5 and 6 quality in Seloharjo Village before PTSL in 2019 is 871 land plots (30.11%) and Girirejo Village is 1062 land plots (68.12%), 2) Strategies for improving the quality of spatial data are implementing the Land Office Head ‘s policies and involving the roles of Humans, Money, Materials, Machines and Methods (5M) and 3) Problems in increasing data, including the absence of Land Books; Measure Letter and Measure Picture are missing; land parcel is not depicted on the Registration Map, the boundary neighbor name is not written on the Measure Letter and the measurement picture does not have a sketch of the location; land parcels overlap; increasing data quality improvement program is only three (3) months; and the Village Government does not know the location of the land parcels based on the land owner’s name.
