Land registration in Indonesia is inseparable from the use of JRSP as a measurement instrument. The unequal availability of JRSP causes an unreachable area or is called a blank spot area. Technological developments allow the existence of a mobille base station (MBS) that can be brought closer to the measurement location even with limited coverage. The use of extenal radio-long range can be an alternative solution to the problem because it has a range of up to 15 km. This study aims to determine the accuracy of measurement results using GNSS RTK external radio-long range.
The research method used is quantitative with experimental and comparative approaches. This study compared the measurement results with the RTK method and radial static. This research was conducted on 96 sample points of land boundaries that are in open and relatively flat areas in the range of 0-5 km, 5-10 km and 10-15 km from the reference point/base. The analysis was performed by calculating the value and direction of the lateral position, t test and F test with a significance level (α) of 5% and tolerance test of the difference in side length and area of the plot of land against the Technical Guidelines for PMNA/KBPN Number 3 of 1997.
Based on the analysis of the results of the study showed the average value of differences in lateral position (∆L) in the range of 0-5 km and 5-10 km are 0.029 m and 0.024 m, respectively. The lateral position direction in both ranges is random because it is in 4 (four) quadrants. The resulting accuracy decreases proportionally to the length of the baseline as evidenced by the standard deviation values at the 0-5 km range which are smaller than at the 5-10 km range. In addition there was no significant difference between the two methods in the range of 0-5 km, whereas 5-10 km there was a significant difference. The difference in side length and area of land between the two methods entirely meets the tolerance of PMNA/KBPN Number 3 of 1997.
