This research was performed in Lebih village, Gianyar sub district, Gianyar district, Bali. Research method used was descriptive quantitative. The data source was Quickbird images recording year 2002 and 2015. Analysis technic used was overlay technic to discover the change of occurred shoreline, and descriptive quantitative analysis technic was used to discover the abrasion impact on land administration.
Research result indicated that there was an area suffering accretion and abrasion. Accretion took place as far as 54.028 meter in average with maximum accretion as far as 73.161 meter. The abrasion took place as far as 14.402 meter in average with maximum abrasion as far as 34.859 meter. Abrasion in Lebih Coast was impacting existing plot administration. Abrasion did not impacting on the change of land allotment, but it was impacting on the change of the land use, and occupation, as well as the decreased land value.
This research result can be useful for Land Office of Gianyar District in presenting data regarding phenomenon on the change of shoreline of the land plots. The data is required by community who will perform a land sale and purchase of the beach which is prone of abrasion in order they does not deceived by the wide of its Measurement Certificate which no longer fit with physical condition in field.
