|TENDENSI PERUBAHAN PENGGUNAAN LAHAN PERTANIAN MENJADI NON PERTANIAN MENGGUNAKAN CITRA SATELIT MULTITEMPORAL DI KABUPATEN BANTUL|

The purpose of this research are (1) assess the ability of LANDSAT satellite images to identify land use in Bantul, (2) review and determine aspects of the pattern, direction and rate of change agricultural land into non agricultural in Bantul.
This research is applied remote sensing using quantitative methods for data analysis, survey methods for data collection, and the population is all districts in Bantul with a spatial approach through spatial analysis and spatial statistical analysis. Data analysis technique are used the spatial analysis to determine the type and area of change, nearest neighbor analysis to determine patterns of change, the central tendency analysis to determine the rate of change, as well as analysis of the tendency of the change agricultural land into non agricultural to determine the direction of change.
Results of the research, are (1) Results of interpretation satellite images LANDSAT in 2003 and 2013 using multispectral classification methods after accuracy test image using the Confusion Matrix Calculation methods have precision respectively are 85.55% and 85.11%. It is explain that the digital classification results can be used as data for analysis and the results of this classification is already showing actual field conditions. (2) Aspects of the pattern, direction and rate of change agricultural land into non agricultural in Bantul, are a) nearest neighbor analysis results indicate that the ratio of the nearest neighbor is 0.554116. This means that the pattern of changes agricultural land into non agricultural in Bantul are grouped (clustered). b) Based on tendency analysis of the change agricultural land into non agricultural in Bantul, indicates that the direction of change agricultural land into non agricultural is expected to occur in Banguntapan district, Sewon district, and Kasihan district. Results of the central tendency analysis indicates that the rate of change agricultural land into non agricultural realized in percentage between area of change agricultural land into non agricultural with agricultural area in 2003. The rate of change agricultural land into non agricultural categorized into three categories: high, medium, low.
High category are Bambanglipuro district (7.77%), Banguntapan district (16.35%), Kasihan district (7,77%) and Sewon (14.24%). Medium category are Bantul district (3.34%), Pajangan district (5.23%), Piyungan district (3.19%), Pundong district (6.53%), Sanden district (3.54%), Sedayu district (5.45%), and Srandakan district (4.03%). Low category are Pleret district (1.71%), Pandak district (0.46%), Kretek district (2.36%), Jetis district (2.61%), Imogiri district (0.36%) and Dlingo district (0.28%).
