Land has significance for humans. Humans build houses on the land, trying on the ground, where people were born and buried. For that there needs to be a guarantee of legal certainty so that people can utilize the land properly. Land Registration activities undertaken by the Government to ensure legal certainty on the ground. One of the activities in the Land Registry refers to the gathering and processing of physical data.
This activity is carried out by means of measuring and mapping. Measurement and mapping utilizing hardcopy maps as land information. Hardcopy maps used are basic questions of registration and registration maps. Hardcopy maps used for map work,
identification of land parcels and the return limit. In the implementation found these maps are destroyed so that is no longer effective to use. For that we need an alternative from hardcopy maps for the purpose of providing land information. One alternative is 7ways android based applications.
Applications 7ways an alternative to hardcopy maps in the provision of land information purposes. The method used to examine the use of this application is a method of experimental research to form a one-shot case study. Applications tested by simulating the measurement and mapping activities. Then the application quality is measured by the standard ISO 9126. Measurements based on ISO 9126 quality applications is done by asking questions in the form of a questionnaire to the user
application based on six parameters (Functionality, Reliability, Usability, Efficiency,Maintainanility, Portability). Then the results of the questionnaire were analyzed by using the scores and weights judgments based on the Likert scale.
The benefits of application 7ways is to map work, site surveys, information providers to identify plots of land (to limit the return activities, contradicture delimitation, determination of point coordinates, fastening plot), prevention of double
certificates and manufacturing location sketch. Results of the questionnaire calculation proves that 7ways applications to run in accordance with its function and quality to be used in support of the collection and processing of physical data plots. In the implementation of the simulation there are also several barriers / constraints. Barriers / constraints including internal resistance (initial setting, the function menu, does not support the form of raster files, databases in the application can not be edited in the field) and external constraints (application users, smartphones are used, the location of use, convert the database).
